What we collect
The enquiry form records your name, company, email, destination, product, application, quantity, message, referring page and submission time. Required fields let us assess and respond to your request. A temporary hash of connection information limits repeated submissions; the application does not store raw IP addresses. Hosting providers may maintain technical access logs.
Purpose and legal basis
We use your details to review and respond to the sourcing enquiry and take requested steps before a possible contract. Where you contact us on behalf of a business, the basis is our legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries. Abuse prevention relies on our legitimate interest in protecting the service. The acknowledgement records that you have read this information; it is not consent to advertising. No order or marketing subscription is created.
Access and service providers
Only the people handling your enquiry at La Refonte and the service providers needed to operate the site may process it. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Enquiries are stored in private Vercel Blob storage configured in Paris. Resend transmits the enquiry by email to the commercial contact. Information is not sold or published in a public directory.
Storage and international processing
Application enquiry records are retained for up to 90 days, with deletion at the next successful form-processing attempt after expiry; rate-limit records expire after one day under the same process. A business relationship arising from an enquiry may require separate correspondence and contractual records. La Refonte operates from the United States; hosting, support and email infrastructure may involve international processing. Applicable processor terms and transfer safeguards govern those services; a Paris storage region does not guarantee that every processing operation occurs in France.
Your choices and rights
Contact contact@la-refonte.fr to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. We may need to verify your identity without collecting unnecessary documents. You may complain to your competent data protection authority, including the CNIL in France.
Cookies and ingredient information
This site uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Search Console verification does not install a visitor tracker. Food and landscape images are editorial illustrations; botanical photographs are credited individually. They do not document a supplier, farm or delivered lot. Product composition, certification, stock, minimum quantities and delivery conditions must be confirmed in the specific proposal.
